Prize Giving - SLTA Inter Club Doubles

Sri Lanka Tennis Association organized the Prize Giving Ceremony for the Inter Club Doubles Tournament for the year 2022 and 2023 achievers on the 20th of August 2023. 

Following Dignitaries gave their valuable presence, honoring the brilliance that lives within our tennis community:

1. Dr. Shemal Fernando, Director General of Sports, Department of Sports Development.

2. Mr. Iqbal Bin Issack, President Sri Lanka Tennis Association

3. Mr. Suresh Subramanium, President of the National Olympic Committee, Vice President and Chairman of Tournament & Matches, Sri Lanka Tennis Association

4. Mr. Pradeep Goonasekera, General Secretary, Sri Lanka Tennis Association

5. Mr. Hamdhy Hassen, Chief Marketing Officer Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka PVT Ltd

6. Mr.Arjun Fernando Secretary National Sports Committee

With the presence and witness of the respected Dignitaries, the trophies were awarded to the 2022 and 2023 Winners respective to their divisions. 

Sri Lanka Army Tennis Club Secured the Overall Champions for the year 2022 and Negombo Tennis Club became the overall Champions for the year 2023. 

Along with that, the respective division’s winners were awarded a shield.
